That’s what I call…. a real…. traffic jam.

On Tuesday, May 21st, a driver ran out of gas while travelling on the Baltimore Beltway (695) between Windsor Mill Road and Security Blvd. While waiting for assistance, the driver, quite naturally, set up his drum set on the side of the beltway and started jamming away. Maryland State Police said the driver was not cited and went on his way after State Highway crews provided assistance .
