When senior criminology and criminal justice major Kamthorn “Oot” Clary headed down to Route 1 for a trip to the bank, he didn’t expect any more excitement than a new ATM card. He was wrong.Instead, he saw police arrest a man they said was under the influence of the drug PCP at the GameStop in College Park Shopping Center at 4:27 p.m. yesterday. No one was injured, but the man was taken to a local hospital, according to Prince George’s County Police spokesman Cpl. Larry Johnson.The man has not been charged, and police had not yet identified him as of last night.Clary, who was watching the scene from outside GameStop, said he approached the store window and saw a man who appeared to be high on drugs playing Rock Band in the store, with items strewn across the floor.
